Hardin is the Big Horn County seat, just north of the Crow Indian Reservation, where the Little Bighorn River joins the Bighorn River east of town. I-90 runs along its north side, and an 800-acre industrial park has rail and interstate access. June and August bring the year's heaviest visitor traffic.
We rent mobile kitchen trailers, dishwashing trailers, and emergency refrigeration trailers as short-term rentals or long-term leases. Call any hour or request availability and a quote for your Hardin site.

Winter nights regularly drop below freezing, with lows around 17°F. We check water-line protection and heater capacity for rentals through the cold months.
Hardin's July highs average about 91°F. That is a normal load for our equipment, but it is enough to expose an aging walk-in cooler, which is a common reason people call us.
About 220 miles in a straight line from our Helena warehouse. That is a regional delivery: we confirm the road route, any seasonal limits, and the timing when we quote.
Hardin holds Little Big Horn Days on the third weekend of June, with a parade, a PRCA rodeo, and a Custer's Last Stand reenactment. Event committees, sponsors, and vendors feeding large crowds over several days can add cooking lines, refrigeration, and dishwashing capacity to what the town's venues offer.
Crow Fair takes place each August near the Little Bighorn River, about 15 miles from Hardin, and lodging in the area is often tight that week. Hosts, vendors, and agencies supporting visitors may need extra kitchens, showers, restrooms, and sleeper units for staff and crews.
The Rocky Mountain Regional Detention Facility, a federal corrections site, and the town's industrial park are institutional-scale operations. If a food-service area at such a facility is closed for repair or inspection, a self-contained kitchen trailer can keep meals going, subject to the facility's security rules.
We keep equipment in Helena, the Montana capital, and plan every delivery from there. Hardin is about 220 miles from the warehouse as the crow flies; the actual road route, timing, and any permits are confirmed when we quote.
From Helena, take US 12 east across central Montana to US 87, then US 87 south to I-90 and east on I-90 to Hardin. Winter wind and snow can close or slow these highways, so check MDT road reports before dispatch.

Heavy rain in May 2011 flooded roads and canceled graduations on the Crow Reservation just south of Hardin, and the Little Bighorn and Bighorn rivers meet near town. Floods or an event surge could overload kitchens, and a 24/7 deployment can help.

Rentals run by the month, with short-term and long-term options. Delivery, setup, and pickup are coordinated for your site. An inquiry does not reserve equipment; a person confirms availability, delivery time, and terms with you. Hours: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Setup usually takes about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers and about one hour for refrigeration units, and an inquiry is the first step, not a reservation.
A closed kitchen does not stop anyone from being hungry. Dependable Hardin mobile kitchen rentals, backed by people who answer the phone, keep meals on schedule while the permanent kitchen is out.

(888) 385-5513 is answered all day and all night. If a cooler fails at 2 a.m., that is the number to call.
One team helps choose the trailer, plans the hookups, and collects it when the job is done.
Terms run from a single week to a long lease, matched to how long your own kitchen will be out of service.
Commercial-grade cooking, dishwashing, and refrigeration equipment built for daily institutional use.
Site access, placement, power, water, and wastewater are checked before the trailer is on the road.
Our customers run commercial and institutional kitchens, including hospitals, schools, government and military sites, hotels, correctional facilities, and caterers. What we promise is what we can confirm: someone answering the phone at any hour, coordinated delivery and setup, and a written quote that states terms before you agree to anything.
Lost cold storage, a fire or flood in the kitchen, or a failed dish-room inspection can all call for a trailer fast. Phone us, and we start working out the replacement while you gather the address and power details.
Montana requires temporary food establishments to obtain a permit from the local regulatory authority in the county where they operate. Contact the Big Horn County health department early, and ask whether a mobile kitchen needs plan review before the event.
Crow Fair takes place on the Crow Indian Reservation, so tribal authorities may have their own requirements that differ from the county. Ask the event organizers and the relevant tribal office what applies to a kitchen trailer, and check the county health department for work off the reservation.
Call (888) 385-5513 at any hour and we begin planning on that call. Trailers leave from our Helena warehouse, and the delivery time to Hardin depends on the equipment and the road, which we confirm in your quote.
