Twelve miles southeast of Salem, Aumsville grew on Henry Turner's pioneer farm and was named for his son-in-law Amos Davis. The city incorporated in 1911 and sits just off the four-lane Oregon Route 22 freeway. Its best-known gathering is the Aumsville Corn Festival every August, and a December 2010 tornado left a mark on local memory.
We rent mobile kitchen trailers, dishwashing trailers, and emergency refrigeration trailers as short-term rentals or long-term leases. Call any hour or request availability and a quote for your Aumsville site.

Winter here is mild, with typical January lows around 36°F. Freeze protection is a light-touch item, and we keep it on the checklist for the occasional cold snap.
Aumsville's July highs average about 86°F. That is a normal load for our equipment, but it is enough to expose an aging walk-in cooler, which is a common reason people call us.
Our Salem warehouse is about 10 miles away, so equipment does not travel far. That helps in an emergency, and we plan placement and hookups with you before the trailer rolls.
Every August the Aumsville Corn Festival draws residents and visitors to town. Vendors, service clubs, and organizers who need more cooking and cleanup capacity than a park provides can bring in a kitchen trailer and a dishwashing trailer to handle the cooking and cleanup load for a weekend crowd.
An EF2 tornado struck the center of Aumsville on December 14, 2010, damaging homes, businesses, and City Hall. After a storm like that, restaurants and public buildings can lose their kitchens for weeks. A mobile kitchen lets a business, school, or public agency keep serving while the permanent building is repaired.
In the February 2021 ice storm, about 60,000 homes and businesses in Marion County were without power on one day. A grocery, school, care facility, or restaurant whose walk-in cooler warms during an outage can bring in an emergency refrigeration trailer to protect inventory.
We keep equipment in Salem, the Oregon capital, and plan every delivery from there. Aumsville is about 10 miles from the warehouse as the crow flies; the actual road route, timing, and any permits are confirmed when we quote.
Aumsville is close to the Salem warehouse. Oregon Route 22, a four-lane freeway, passes along the northeast edge of the city and connects it to Salem, so the trip is short and mostly on the freeway. Ice and heavy rain can slow winter travel.
From Aumsville, Turner is about 4 miles away, Sublimity about 4 miles, and Stayton about 4 miles, so one route can often serve more than one of them.
Open 24/7
The EF2 tornado of December 14, 2010 damaged about 50 homes and City Hall, and the February 2021 ice storm cut power to tens of thousands in Marion County. A 24/7 emergency deployment is aimed at storm outages and repairs like these.

A kitchen trailer works best with a dish room and cold storage beside it. Each card shows its monthly starting price. Operators in Scio, Jefferson, and Lyons face the same choice when a dish room or walk-in cooler goes down.

Rentals run by the month, with short-term and long-term options. Delivery, setup, and pickup are coordinated for your site. An inquiry does not reserve equipment; a person confirms availability, delivery time, and terms with you. Hours: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Setup usually takes about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers and about one hour for refrigeration units, and an inquiry is the first step, not a reservation.
When a kitchen closes for a renovation, a repair, or an emergency, the people it feeds still need to eat. Reliable Aumsville mobile kitchen rentals and a team that picks up the phone keep service running on your schedule.
From the first call, we line up transport and setup for Aumsville mobile kitchen rentals in Aumsville so the kitchen is ready when your crew is.
Call (888) 385-5513 any hour. A broken cooler or a closed kitchen does not wait for business hours.
From picking the right trailer to utility hookups and pickup, one team stays on your job.
Rent by the week or the month, or lease for a longer project, and send the trailer back when you no longer need it.
Ranges, ovens, dish machines, and coolers sized for institutional volume, not household appliances.
Placement, utilities, and wastewater are reviewed with you ahead of delivery so there are no surprises on arrival.
We serve commercial and institutional kitchens: healthcare, education, government and military, hospitality, correctional facilities, and caterers. We stand behind what we can confirm: a person on the phone around the clock, delivery and setup coordination, and a quote that spells out terms before you commit.
When a cooler warms up overnight, a flood closes the kitchen, or an inspector shuts down the dish room, call us and we begin planning the replacement on that call. It helps to have the unit's make, your available power, and the site address ready.
Marion County Health and Human Services has an environmental health program that works with the Oregon Health Authority on food service licensing. Contact them before an event to confirm the license, plan review, and any rules on water and wastewater.
Keep the door closed, check your food-safety guidance from the county health department, and decide quickly whether product can be held at safe temperatures. If it cannot, call us 24/7 about emergency refrigeration so you can move inventory instead of discarding it.
