Spray sits on the John Day River in Wheeler County, where OR 19 and OR 207 overlap through town at about 1,772 feet. Known as the City by the River, it is home to Spray School, headquarters of its school district. Summers run hot, with a record high of 116 degrees, and a half marathon and rodeo mark Memorial Day weekend.
We rent mobile kitchen trailers, dishwashing trailers, and emergency refrigeration trailers as short-term rentals or long-term leases. Call any hour or request availability and a quote for your Spray site.

Winter here is mild, with typical January lows around 29°F. Freeze protection is a light-touch item, and we keep it on the checklist for the occasional cold snap.
Spray's July highs average about 94°F. That is a normal load for our equipment, but it is enough to expose an aging walk-in cooler, which is a common reason people call us.
About 160 miles in a straight line from our Salem warehouse. That is a regional delivery: we confirm the road route, any seasonal limits, and the timing when we quote.
A half marathon and rodeo take place on Memorial Day weekend. A weekend that brings runners, riders, spectators and volunteers into town can use a kitchen trailer and dishwashing line to feed them, run by event organizers or a caterer.
In July 2024 the Lone Rock Fire led to a Level 3 'Go Now' evacuation order for Spray. When a community is evacuated and then reoccupied, returning residents, crews and the school may need meals while grocery and restaurant supply is unreliable.
Spray School serves the community and is the headquarters of the school district. A kitchen equipment failure or a refrigeration problem in a school without nearby alternatives could interrupt lunch for the whole district, and a kitchen or cold-storage trailer can bridge the gap.
We keep equipment in Salem, the Oregon capital, and plan every delivery from there. Spray is about 160 miles from the warehouse as the crow flies; the actual road route, timing, and any permits are confirmed when we quote.
Spray is on OR 19 and OR 207 in Wheeler County, a long drive from the Salem warehouse on two-lane highways across central Oregon. We have not verified a specific route for this leg. Wildfire has restricted traffic on OR 19 near town, so check TripCheck and county advisories before dispatch.
If your project spans more than one site, Monument, about 18 miles from Spray, and Fossil, about 24 miles, can be planned on the same delivery, as can Mitchell at 25 miles.
We confirm the exact route and any seasonal limits for your address at quote.
Open 24/7
The Lone Rock Fire in July 2024 prompted a Level 3 evacuation order for Spray and became one of the largest wildfires in Oregon history. With highway restrictions possible, a 24/7 emergency deployment could add self-contained cooking and refrigeration for evacuees, crews and returning residents.

Rentals run by the month, with short-term and long-term options. Delivery, setup, and pickup are coordinated for your site. An inquiry does not reserve equipment; a person confirms availability, delivery time, and terms with you. Hours: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Setup usually takes about five hours for kitchens and dishwashing trailers and about one hour for refrigeration units, and an inquiry is the first step, not a reservation.
Renovations, repairs, and emergencies all leave a kitchen dark at the wrong time. With Spray mobile kitchen rentals and a team on call, the people you feed keep getting fed.
We plan Spray mobile kitchen rentals delivery in Spray around the date you need meals served, then confirm the timing when we quote.
Emergencies do not keep office hours, so neither do we. Call (888) 385-5513 whenever a kitchen or cooler goes down.
You deal with one crew from the first question about trailer size through pickup at the end of the term.
Short-term and long-term rentals, so the trailer leaves when your permanent kitchen is ready.
Commercial-grade cooking, dishwashing, and refrigeration equipment built for daily institutional use.
We check how the trailer will get onto your site, where it will sit, and what power, water, and drains it needs before it ships.
Rentals are for commercial and institutional users such as healthcare, education, government, hospitality, corrections, and catering. We keep our claims to what is confirmed: round-the-clock phone coverage, help coordinating delivery and setup, and clear terms in every quote.
A walk-in cooler that stopped holding temperature, a kitchen closed by a fire or flood, a dish room that failed an inspection: call and we start planning the replacement right away. Keep the unit's make, your power, and your address handy.
Requirements depend on what is served and who is serving. Contact the county health department early for temporary food service rules, and ask the event organizers and the city about placement, power and water.
Summers in the John Day River country can get very hot, with a record high of 116 degrees. Refrigeration and ventilation matter most then. Tell us expected temperatures and your site's power so appropriate equipment can be planned.
Call (888) 385-5513 at any hour and we begin planning on that call. Trailers leave from our Salem warehouse, and the delivery time to Spray depends on the equipment and the road, which we confirm in your quote.
Not by itself. We reply with availability, timing, and terms first, and equipment is reserved only after you agree to them.
